The training on the topic “Basics of Public Health” organized by the MPHPA in cooperation with the Darkhan-Uul province’s Health Authority was successfully held on September 16-20, 2024.
The course is designed to provide a basic principles and practical understanding of public health to frontline professionals. The training was attended by specialists from the Health Authority, Family Health Centers and Elderly Development Center of the province.
The participants and organizers highlighted the importance and timeliness of this training, noting that it was conducted in conjunction with the implementation of the new Law on Public Health Care and Services, effective from April 2024.
Post-training evaluations from participants rated the needs assessment, content, methodology, and trainers’ capabilities as ‘excellent,’ underscoring the necessity of this type of training.
